On July 6, 2022, on the eve of the feast of the Nativity of the glorious Prophet John, Forerunner and Baptist of the Lord, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporarily Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated an all-night vigil at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.His Grace Vladyka was assisted by the Rector of the church, archpriest Damian Kruglik, and the clergy of the church.
At Matins, after reading the Holy Gospel, Vladyka Matthew anointed the clergy and believers with consecrated oil.
