On April 25, 2021, on the 6th Sunday of the Great Lent, Palm Sunday, the feast of the Lord's Entry into Jerusalem, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace Vladyka Matthew was assisted by archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh diocese, protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, and deacon Nil Lyubchenko.
At the small entrance, the Right Reverend Archpastor honored the Secretary of the Sourozh diocese, priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, with the Patriarchal award - the right to wear a Jeweled Cross .
After the Great Entrance, the Archpastor ordained Deacon Nil Lyubchenko as priest.
At the end of the Liturgy, His Grace Vladyka addressed the parishioners with words of a sermon and spiritual edification.
Vladyka Matthew congratulated Father Dimitry wirh the high Patriarchal award and wished the newly ordained priest Nil God's help in his ministry by the throne of God.
