On November 4, 2021, on the feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-East England archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England archpriest Joseph Skinner, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh priest Dimitry Nedostupenko and deacon Victor Nikiforov.
The liturgical hymns were performed by the Cathedral's chamber choir under the direction of the choir master Dmitry Tugarinov.
Following the after communion verse, Cathedral's cleric archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk delivered a sermon.
At the end of the divine service, the Archpastor congratulated clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral with the feast and gave everyone his hierarchical blessing.
The Liturgy was broadcast live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.
