« Subdeacon Jeremy Hart reposed in the Lord »

On October 17, 2021, at the age of 73, after a long illness, subdeacon of the Dormition Cathedral in London, Jeremy (Jeremiah) Hart, reposed in the Lord.

During the decades of his subdeacon ministry in the Cathedral of the Sourozh diocese, subdeacon Jeremy zealously and conscientiously carried out obedience in the altar of the Cathedral, setting an example of humility, patience and piety in his life.

Rector of the Dormition Cathedral, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, clergy and staff of the Cathedral express their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

May the merciful Lord accept with love into His arms His faithful servant newly departed subdeacon Jeremy, and forgive him every transgression and establish his soul where the righteous rest.

The funeral service will take place on 4th November 2021 at 12:00 at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
