« The Right Reverend Matthew, Bishop of Sourozh, visited the Holy Trinity Church and the memorial complex in Vo'stok, Canada »

The memorial complex preserves the memory of St.Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, when he was Bishop of Alaska and North America, who consecrated the first church in Canada and served the first hierarchical services there.
Vladyka was accompanied by Priest Alexiy Surayev, Dean of the parishes of the Orthodox V district and churchwardens of the parishes in Chipman and Vo'stok. "Eternal memory" was sung to the deceased parishioners and a prayerful glorification was given to the Most Holy Trinity and to St.Tikhon.
