On August 18, 2018, on the eve of the 12th Week after Pentecost and on the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served the all-night vigil at the Dormition  Cathedral in the city of London.

His Eminence was assisted by Protopriest Nikolai Preskura, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Evgeny Selensky, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Vladimir Castravet.

During the Matins, after the Gospel reading, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed all the parishioners with consecrated oil.
