On November 4, 2018, on the feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Grace was assisted by the clergy of the Cathedral - Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Anthony Ivashin.
After the prayer before the amvon, His Grace and the clergy cocelebrating with him sung the glorification of the feast.
Vladyka Matthew congratulated the parishioners and the clergy of the cathedral on the occasion and addressed all those present in the church with the words of spiritual edification.
At the end of the service, representatives of the Georgian diaspora living in London donated to the Cathedral an old image of the holy Great Martyr George the Victorious.
