On November 3, 2018, on the eve of the Week 23rd after the Pentecost, feast of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an all-night vigil at the Dormition  Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Nikolai Preskure and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

At the Matins of the all-night vigil, after the Gospel reading, His Grace anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
