On September 27, 2018, on the feast of the Elevation of the Holy Lifegiving Cross of the Lord, the Rigjt Reverend Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Emminence was assisted by Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocean district of South-East England, Archpriest Ioann Grigorita, a clergyman of the Moldavian Metropolia, Archpriest Nikolai Preskura, Rector of St. Nicholas parish in the City of London, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Alexander Menshikov, Rector of the parish of St. Macarius of Aberdin in Aberdeen, Scotland and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
A sermon consecrated to the feast was delivered by Archpriest Joseph Skinner after the Gospel reading.
After the final prayer, the Right Reverend Vladyka and the serving clergy sung the glorification to the feast.
