On September 26, 2018, on the eve of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the Most Reverend Bishop Matthew headed the All-Night Vigil with the rite of Exaltation of the Cross of Christ at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Eminence was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Alexander Menshikov, Rector of the parish of St. Macarius of Aberdeen in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevich, Deacon Antony Ivashin and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.
After the Great Doxology, the Right Reverend Archpastor, with the assistance of the clergy, performed the rite of the Exaltation of the Cross.
