On the evening of February 22, 2025, on the eve of the Sunday of the Last Judgment, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed at the all-night vigil in the Dormition Cathedral in London.

The divine service was celebrated by Archpriest Nikita Kozlov, assisted by Priest Alexander Kapustin and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

The liturgical chants were performed by the choir of the Dormition Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.

During the polyeleos, the hymn from Psalm 136 "By the Rivers of Babylon" was sung, which is intended to spiritually prepare a person for the beginning of Lent. The choir also sang a special hymn from the Lenten Triodion "Open to me the doors of repentance..."

After the reading of the Gospel, Archpriest Nikita Kozlov anointed those present in the church with holy oil.
