The liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Church of the Intercession under the direction of Apollinaria Postlethwaite.
After the augmented litany, the Archpastor recited a prayer for the granting of peace.
At the verse after communion, Bishop Matthew granted the right to wear the cassock to the altar servant Serafim Johnson.
After the prayer after the communion, His Grace and the clergy performed a prayerful glorification in front of the image of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God and a moleben before the beginning of the school year.
On behalf of the clergy, the church council and the parishioners of the Intercession Church, Bishop Matthew was warmly greeted by the sacristan of the church, Archpriest Dmitry Nedostupenko.
