On July 25, 2024, on the first anniversary of the death of Archpriest Raphael Armor, Dean of the diocesan district of East Anglia, Rector of the parish of St. Ephraim the Syrian in Cambridge, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served a panikhida for the ever-memorable clergyman at the Dormition Cathedral in London. 

After the panikhida, His Grace addressed those present with a brief word, noting that the deceased shepherd, who devoted almost a quarter of a century to serving at the throne of God, was a zealous priest and a worthy worker in the field of the Church of Christ.
