On September 3, 2023, on the 13th Sunday after Pentecost, the Synaxis of All Saints of Moscow, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-East England, Priest Sergy Fedorenco, clergy of the UOC temporarily residing on the territory of the Sourozh Diocese, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Ion Silnic.
Liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Dormition Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
Before the beginning of the Liturgy, an ark with great Christian relics (a particle of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, the belt of the Most Holy Theotokos and particles of the holy relics of the chosen saints of God) was carried from the altar to the middle of the Cathedral.
After the augmented litany, His Grace Vladyka proclaimed a prayer for the granting of peace.
After the dismissal of the divine service, Bishop Matthew addressed those present with an archpastoral word. Simultaneous translation to English was provided by Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
