On July 24, 2022, on the 6th Sunday after Pentecost, the feast day of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.
His Grace was assisted by the Rector of the church, Archpriest Damian Kruglik, and the clergy of the church.
During the Liturgy, prayer petitions for the granting of peace were lifted up.
After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, the Archpastor and concelebrating clergy sung the glorification to the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duchess Olga.
Vladyka Matthew congratulated the girls named Olga wirh the feast of their heavenly patroness and addressed those present with words of a sermon.
