On June 19, 2020, on the 106th a birthday of the ever-memorable founder of the Diocese of Sourozh, Metropolitan Anthony (Bloom), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served a panikhida at the grave of Vladyka Anthony at the Brompton Cemetery in London.
His Grace was assisted by the clergyman of the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
Vladyka Matthew laid a bouquet of flowers on the grave of Metropolitan Anthony and, after the service, delivered a word of edification, emphasizing the contribution of the ever-memorable Vladyka to the affirmation of Orthodoxy on the British Isles and his preaching ministry, which brought many people to Christ both in the UK and worldwide.
