On May 27, 2020, on the day of the Leave of the feast of Easter, the eve of the Ascension of the Lord, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated Matins and Divine Liturgy according to the rite of the Holy Week at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by acting Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-East of England Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

At the end of the service, the Archpastor delivered a sermon.

The service was broadcasted live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.

Due to the state quarantine measures to combat the epidemic of coronavirus, churches of the Diocese of Sourozh, including the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, are closed for visits until a special order from the authorities.
