On February 14, 2020, on the eve of the feast of the Meeting of the Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-East England, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

Liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of D.E. Tugarinov.

At the Matins of the all-night vigil, after reading the Gospel, the Archpastor anointed clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
