On October 17, 2020, feast of the uncovering of the relics of St. Guriy, Archbishop of Kazan, and St.Varsanofy, Bishop of Tver (1595), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ during the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.The divine service was celebrated by Priest Dimitri Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese.
The service was broadcast live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.
From October 2020, parishioners of the Dormition Cathedral will be able to attend Saturday and Sunday Liturgies, as well as devine services on the great church feasts. Evening services are still held behind closed doors, without the participation of parishioners.
