On January 18, 2020, on the eve of the feast of the Epiphany, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South-West England, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
At the beginning of the service, His Grace Vladyka honored the right to wear stikhar to Vadim Polishchuk and Denis Nedostupenko and blessed them for altar obedience.
Liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of Marina Bezmenova.
At the Matins, after the Gospel reading, Vladyka anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
