« Veterans from Russia visited the Dormition Cathedral in London »


With the blessing of Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, cleric of the Cathedral, met the guests. During the meeting, Father Maxim spoke about the history of the Russian Orthodox presence on the British Isles and served a Panikhida for all "leaders and soldiers who laid their lives for faith and fatherland".
At the end of the meeting, veterans talked over the meal in the hall of the Cathedral and received souvenirs.
