On March 10, 2019, on the Cheesefast Sunday (Forgiveness Sunday), the memory of Adam's expulsion from Edem, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated  the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Eminence was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.
The liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of M.V. Bezmenova.
At the end of the Liturgy, His Grace addressed the clergy and numerous parishioners with words of spiritual edification, paying particular attention, at the beguining of the Great Lent, to the spiritual meaning of the loss of Paradise by mankind, the long centuries of waiting for the Redeemer and, finally, the opportunity to return to our Heavenly Father.
