On March 10, 2019, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh prayed at the evening divine service at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, after which he addressed all those present with a word of edification before the start of the Great Lent and performed the rite of Forgiveness.

Having asked forgiveness from all, His Grace wished to everybody help from God in the upcoming Great Lent.
