On February 14, 2019, on the eve of the feast of the Meeting of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh and Bishop Agafangel of Norilsk and Turukhansk served an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Eminence was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Matthew Arnold (Orthodox Church of Cyprus), Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Alexander Kournas, cleric of the church of the Prophet Elijah of Novgorod metochion in Moscow, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan Deanery of South-West England, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Anthony Ivashin.

The liturgical chants were sung by the choir of the Cathedral under the direction of M.V. Bezmenova.

His Grace Bishop Agafangel heads a group of pilgrims from Russia visiting, during 11 days, holy places in the United Kingdom and in the Republic of Ireland.
