On January 6, 2019, on the eve of the feast of the Nativity of Christ, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an All-Night Vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-West of England, Priest Dmitriy Nedostudenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh and Protodeacon Vadim Sansevitch.

At the Matins of the All-Night Vigil, after reading the Gospel, Vladyka Matthew anointed the serving clergy and parishioners of the Cathedral with consecrated oil.
