On January 18, 2019, on the eve of Epiphany, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated Great Vespers, Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great, and the Great Blessing of water at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by the clergy of the Cathedral: Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Victor Nikiforov.

The liturgical chants were sung by the Cathedral choir under the direction of M.V. Bezmenova.

After the service of great water consecration, the Archpastor and the clergy sung glorification to the feast of Epiphany, after which Vladyka Matthew addressed the congregation with words of preaching and spiritual edification.
