On January 13, 2019, on the eve of the feast of the Circumcision of the Lord and the Day of Remembrance of St. Basil the Great, Archbishop of Caesarea of Cappadocia, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh led the All-Night Vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
At the Matins of the All-Night Vigil, the Right Reverend Vladyka anointed the clergy and the parishioners with consecrated oil.
In the altar of the Cathedral, Vladyka Matthew warmly congratulated Archpriest Joseph Skinner, cleric of the cathedral, Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-West of England, with his Angel's Day and wished him mercy of God and strength in his pastoral ministry.
