« A meeting of the clergy of the Patriarchal parishes in Canada took place in Edmonton »

On September 10, 2018, at the end of the Divine Liturgy, a meeting of the clergy of the Patriarchal parishes in Canada was held at the Cathedral of Edmonton in Canada. 

The meeting was headed by His Eminences Bishop Job (Smakouz) and Bishop Matthew of Sourozh. The meeting was attended by the clergy of the Cathedral, deans of the Orthodox V and Orthodox IX parish groups, of the parish in Regina, Saskachewan, invited clergy of the parishes of the ROCA of Alberta, and Roman Lopushinsky, churchwarden of the cathedral. 

Issues of parish life, plans for the future, and personnel appointments were discussed at the meeting.
