On July 7, 2018, on the eve of the 6th week after the Pentecost, a day of the memory of the righteous  princes Pyotr and Fevronia, Murom miracle workers, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Eminence was assisted by Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Archpriest Adrian Mikhalaki, Archpriest Nikolai Prescura, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Sergiy Sokolovsky.

During the Matins, after the Gospel reading, Vladyka Matthew anointed parishioners with consecrated oil.
