On July 27, 2018, on the eve of the memory of the holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh served  the all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted  by the clergy of the Cathedral: Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Archpriest Joseph Skinner, priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

After the Gospel reading at the Matins of the all-night vigil, the Most Reverend Vladyka annointed all those present at the service with consecrated oil.
