On July 27, 2018, a meeting of the working group for the preparation of the Annual Conference of the Diocese of Sourozh in 2019 was held at the Dormition Cathedral in London under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh.

The participants of the meeting discussed  results of the conference held in June 2018, plans for the upcoming events in the next year, and outlined the circle of those responsible for the work in the areas of organization and preparation for the conference.
