« Bishop Panteleimon of Orekhovo-Zuevo and Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated divine Liturgy at the London Cathedral »

On July 1, 2018, on the 5th Sunday after Pentecost, day of celebration in honour of the Bogolyubskaya Icon of the Mother of God, His Grace Bishop Panteleimon of Orekhovo-Zuevsky, vicar of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Chairman of the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service, and Bishop Matthew, ruling Bishop of the Sourozh Diocese, celebtated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.
The Right Reverend Archpastors were co-celebrated by: Archpriest Artemy Vladimirov, Senior Priest and confessor of the Alekseevsky Stavropegic Women's Monastery in Moscow, Priest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Priest Sergiy Fedorenko, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevich, Deacon Antony Ivashin, Deacon Sergiy Sokolovsky and Deacon Vladimir Castravet.
During the service the choir of the Cathedral sung under the direction of M.V. Bezmenova.
The sermon, after the Gospel reading, was said by Archpriest Artemy Vladimirov, professor, head of the homiletics department of the Orthodox St. Tikhon's Humanitarian University, deputy dean of the Orthodox Culture Department of the Academy of Strategic Missile Forces, member of the Russian Writers' Union.
After the divine service, Vladyka Matthew warmly greeted Vladyka Panteleimon, thanking His Eminence for joint prayer, after which the Right Reverend Archpastors addressed the clergy and parishioners with words of edification.
