On January 15, 2025, on the day of remembrance of St. Seraphim of Sarov, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Vitaly Polischuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South - East England, Priest Alexander Kapustin, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
The liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Dormition Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
Following the prayer after the communion, the Archpastor and the concelebrating clergy performed a prayerful glorification before the venerated icon of St. Seraphim of Sarov with a particle of his holy relics. After which Bishop Matthew addressed the parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification.
