On May 6, 2024, on Monday of Bright Week, feast of the Great Martyr George the Victorious (303) and the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God (the second discovery of the icon copy in 2012), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

Concelebrating with His Grace were Priest Vasily Handzyuk, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch, Deacon Ioann Sylnik and Deacon Alexander Kapustin.

Liturgical chants were performed by the cathedral choir under the direction of Anna Kobrina.

At the end of the Liturgy, Bishop Matthew congratulated those present on the Bright Resurrection of Christ and the day of remembrance of the Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious, after which he addressed the worshipers with an archpastoral word.
