« On the patronal feast day, a Liturgy was celebrated in the chapel in honour of the Icon of the Mother of God "Life-Giving Source" in Walsingham »

On May 10, 2024, Friday of Bright Week, acting Dean of the diocesan district of East Anglia, Priest Evgeniy Selensky, celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the chapel in honour of the Icon of the Mother of God "Life-Giving Spring" in Little Walsingham, Norfolk County.
The patronal celebration was attended by Priest Mark Tattum-Smith, clergyman of the parish in honour of the Icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow" in Mettingham (ROCOR).
The joy of prayerful Eucharistic communion was shared by parishioners of a number of parishes of the Diocese of Sourozh and the London and Western European Diocese of the ROCOR.
The long-time Rector of the chapel, Archpriest Philip Steer, who is currently retired for health reasons, prayed during the Liturgy.
The clergy warmly congratulated the parishioners on the ongoing bright feast of the Resurrection of Christ.  Father Evgeniy, who celebrated his birthday the day before, was proclaimed "many years".
After the divine service, a common meal was held, at which the parishioners were able to communicate with the clergy.
