On July 3, 2023, a regular meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Sourozh was held at the Dormition Cathedral in London, under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh.The meeting was attended by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England; Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, Dean of the Diocesan District of the Republic of Ireland; Archpriest Stephen Platt, Dean of the Diocesan District of Central England, and Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh, Dean of the Diocesan District of Northern England and Wales .
At the meeting, reports of council members were heard, a wide range of issues of organizing church life in the Sourozh diocese was discussed, a number of decisions were made in accordance with the agenda.
