On July 15, 2023, on the eve of the 6th Week after Pentecost, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, Temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, while on a working visit to Russia, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, celebrated an all-night vigil in the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.
His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Damian Kruglik and the clergy of the church.
At Matins of the all-night vigil, His Grace the Archpastor anointed the clergy and parishioners with consecrated oil.
The clergy and parishioners of the Church of Bogorodskoye greeted with joy and impatience the message of the arrival of Vladyka Matthew, who had previously won everyone's love during his service in the parish and left a good memory of himself, inform the website of the Church of the Transfiguration in Bogorodskoye.
