On April 8, 2023, on the eve of the 6th Sunday of Great Lent, (flower-bearing or Palm Sunday), the feast of the Lord's Entry into Jerusalem, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated an all-night vigil at the Dormition Cathedral in London.His Grace was assisted by Archpriest Maxim Nikolsky, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South West England Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Secretary of the Diocese of Sourozh Archpriest Dimitry Nedostupenko, Priest Vasily Gandzyuk, Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch and Deacon Ioann Sylnik.
Liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Dormition Cathedral under the direction of Dmitry Tugarinov.
After reading the Gospel, the Archpastor consecrated willows and fronds.
