On March 21, 2023, on the day of remembrance of the 40 Martyrs of Sebaste, a regular expanded meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Sourozh, under the chairmanship of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, was held after the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.The meeting was attended by Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, Dean of the Diocesan District of South East England; Archpriest Raphael Armor, Dean of the Diocesan District of East England; Archpriest Stephen Platt, Dean of the Diocesan District of Central England, Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov, Dean of the Diocesan District of Republic of Ireland, and Archpriest Joseph Skinner, Dean of the Diocesan District of South West England.
Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch provided simultaneous translation to English.
During the meeting, His Grace Vladyka and members of the Diocesan Council discussed general issues related to the life of the diocese, and made a number of decisions in accordance with the agenda of the meeting.
