On February 23, 2023, with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, a group of parishioners headed by the Rector of the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Oxford, Archpriest Stephen Platt, made a pilgrimage to the tomb of St. Frideswide, Abbess of Oxford (+727/735).

At the tomb of the patron saint of the city and the University of Oxford, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated. At the end of the service, the magnificence to the Saint of the undivided Church was sung, and the faithful were able to venerate the tomb, where, according to legend, the relics of St. Frideswide rest under a bushel.
