On November 17-19, 2023, the archpastoral visit of His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh to the Republic of Ireland took place.

As part of the visit, His Grace visited the diocesan community of St.Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, in Castlebar, and St. Peter and St. Paul Church in Dublin, where he celebrated Divine Liturgies.

During the visit, the Right Reverend Archpastor was accompanied by the Secretary of the Sourozh Diocese, Archpriest Dimitry Nestopenko, and personal Secretary N.V.  Trubnikov.

At the international airport in Dublin, Bishop Matthew and those accompanying him were seen off by the Dean of the diocesan district of the Republic of Ireland, Archpriest Mikhail Nasonov.
