On July 2, 2022, on the feast day of St. John Maksimovich, Archbishop of Shanghai and San Francisco (+1966), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.His Grace was assisted by archpriest Andrey Karpenko and deacon Victor Kristev. The divine services was celebrated by priestly rank.
At the end of the Liturgy, His Grace Vladyka addressed the clergy and parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification.
