On June 9, 2022, memory day of St. Luke (Voyno-Yasenetsky), Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea, Confessor (postponement of service from June 11), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.His Grace was assisted by the clergy of the church.
After the dismissal of the Liturgy, the Right Reverend Archpastor addressed the parishioners with words of sermon and spiritual edification, recalling that the life and ministry of Saint Luke were a vivid example of selflessness in serving God and neighbor.
