On May 1, 2022, on the 2nd Sunday after Pascha, of the Apostle Thomas, the day of Antipascha, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Bogorodskoye, Moscow.
His Grace was assisted by the Rector of the church, archpriest Damian Kruglik, priest Andrey Tikhonov, and deacon Sergiy Kuznetsov.
At the end of the divine service, Vladyka Matthew addressed the clergy and parishioners with a sermon on the theme of the Sunday Gospel reading and gave everyone his archpastoral blessing.
