On November 27, 2022, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia performed the rite of great consecration of the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God on Kulishki in Moscow and headed the celebration of the Divine Liturgy in the newly consecrated church.

At the Little Entrance, by decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, on the basis of the decision of the Holy Synod of October 13, 2022 (Journal No. 96), Archbishop Nestor of Korsun and Western Europe was elevated to the rank of Metropolitan in connection with his appointment as Head of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Western Europe.
