For many decades, your Majesty's subjects have blessed your peaceful rule, for in all, sometimes difficult, circumstances, you invariably show dignity and nobility, giving an inspiring example to the people of the United Kingdom and the countries of the Commonwealth of Nations, leading them along the path of consolidation and civil accord, the execution of the law and the observance of order.

With special warmth and gratitude I recall our meeting with you in October 2016, during which we had the opportunity to testify about the good relations that have developed between the Church of England and the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as the attention paid by the British authorities to the activities of the Diocese of Sourozh.

On this significant day for you, I wish Your Majesty good health and God's generous help in high and responsible service, which you are doing with diligence for the good of your country and your people.
