On June 7, 2020, on the feast of the Holy Trinity (Pentecost), His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy and the Great Vespers with recitation of kneeling prayers at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.
His Grace was assisted by acting Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-East of England Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.
At the small entrance of the Divine Liturgy, on behalf of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufry of Kiev and All Ukraine, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Vladyka Matthew awarded Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk with a high liturgical award - the right to wear a mitra.
At the end of the service, the Archpastor congratulated the believers with the feast and addressed them with words of sermon.
The service was broadcasted live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.

Due to the state quarantine measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic, churches of the Diocese of Sourozh, including the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, are closed for visits by parishioners until a special order from the authorities.
