On May 18, 2020, on the feast day of the Holy Great Martyr Irina, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in London.

His Grace was assisted by acting Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-East of England Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

At the end of the service, Father Vitaly, on behalf of the clergy, monasrmtics and laity of the Diocese of Sourozh, warmly congratulated Vladyka Matthew with his birthday and presented to him a holy prosphora and a bouquet of flowers.

Due to the state quarantine measures to combat the epidemic of coronavirus, the churches of the Diocese of Sourozh, including the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, are closed for visits until a special order from the authorities.
