On April 24, 2020, on Friday of the Bright Week, the feast of the Icon of the Mother of God “Life-giving Source”, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by acting Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-East of England Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

After the prayer before the ambon, the Archpastor performed the rite of blessing the water, and delivered a sermon.

Live broadcast of the service was organised on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.

Due to the state quarantine measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic, churches of the Diocese of Sourozh, including the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, are closed for visits until a special order from the authorities.
