On April 18, 2020, on the Holy Saturday, His Grace Bishop Matthew of Sourozh celebrated Vespers with reading of 15 paremias and the Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great at the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London.

His Grace was assisted by Acting Dean of the Diocesan District of the South-East of England, Archpriest Vitaly Polishchuk, and Protodeacon Vadim Santsevitch.

After the prayer before the ambon, the Archpastor consecrated bread and wine and delivered a sermon.

The service was broadcasted live on the diocesan page Life of Sourozh on the social network Facebook.

Due to the state quarantine measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic, churches of the Diocese of Sourozh, including the Dormition Cathedral in the city of London, are closed for visits until a special order from the authorities.
